THE proposed P39-billion 200-hectare reclamation project in Davao City has yet to take off as it needs to go through stringent process for approval from the City Council, Davao City Investment Promotions Center (DCIPC) said.
The joint venture agreement between the City Government and developer Mega Harbour Inc. for the project is still up for deliberation in the City Council.
The Council deferred anew discussion on the project as it further sought for clarification.
