August 6, 2009 – Government forces identified with the 64th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army, Civilian Armed Forces Geographic Units (CAGFU) and Civilian Volunteers Organizations (CVO) were reported to have been demolishing burned houses between Barangay Pagatin, Datu Saudi Ampatuan, and Barangay Libutan, Mamasapano, Maguindanao since days ago.Reports reaching www.luwaran.com/net said that the demolition was done without the consent of the owners.
